United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS) is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance within a fast-paced warehouse.

You will supervise, train, and develop workgroups, maintaining high standards for accuracy and customer service while coordinating with colleagues at all levels. The role emphasizes proactive coaching and employee development plans, ensuring safety policies are followed and operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Management experience preferred.
