Job summary

United Parcel Service, Inc. is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance. You will supervise, train, and develop workgroups, setting high standards for accuracy, efficiency, and customer service.

Responsibilities include ensuring policy compliance, coordinating with management and customers, and implementing development plans to support continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse environment. A Bachelor's degree and flexibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and leads workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance.
• Ensures high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and safety.
• Fosters positive relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training for new and current employees.
