Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day shift operations in one or more warehouse areas
• Manage daily activities of Warehouse Associates in order fulfillment and operations
• Instruct and oversee safety, quality and sanitation practices
• Coach and mentor Associates to develop PDPs and improve retention
• Achieve KPIs: Safety, Retention, Productivity, Budget and Quality
• Conduct safety, quality, shrink and operational audits; document findings
• Conduct accident investigations per company guidelines
