Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years related warehouse experience; team lead or supervisory experience managing 15+ associates is highly desired; exposure to Warehouse Management Systems; voice recognition, inventory control, labor management is a plus
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on safety and productivity
• Experience in fast-paced, multi-area warehouse environments with adherence to quality and sanitation practices

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shift operations of one or more warehouse areas (AOR)
• Manage and supervise daily activities of Warehouse Associates in order fulfillment and general warehouse tasks
• Instruct and provide oversight to Associates on quality, safety, and sanitation practices
• Collaborate with Shift Manager to develop PDPs and coach Associates to improve performance and retention
• Monitor KPIs: Safety, Retention, Productivity, Budget and Quality (Shrink)
• Conduct safety, quality, shrink, and operational audits and document findings
