Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a fast-paced 2nd shift environment in the United States. You will oversee daily operations of warehouse staff, ensuring safety, accuracy, and productivity while aligning with company policies.

You will coach and develop a team of associates, track KPIs such as safety, retention, productivity, and quality, and partner with the Shift Manager to implement PDPs and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related warehouse experience.
• Team Lead or Supervisory experience managing 15+ associates preferred.
• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems and labor management is a plus.
• Voice recognition and inventory control knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day shift operations across warehouse areas.
• Oversee warehouse associates in order fulfillment and operations.
• Provide PDPs coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Lead safety, quality, and sanitation practices; conduct audits.
• Investigate accidents per company guidelines.
