Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers is hiring for leadership roles at our Bethlehem facility. We are seeking experienced supervisors who can manage shift operations across multiple warehouse areas, ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of related warehouse experience, supervisory exposure to 15+ associates, and familiarity with inventory control and labor management.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising warehouse teams and ensuring safety compliance.
• Ability to develop and implement PDPs and coach staff.
• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems and inventory control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Effectively supervise day-to-day shift operations in assigned warehouse areas.
• Lead and develop Warehouse Associates to meet KPI targets (Safety, Retention, Productivity).
• Conduct safety, quality, and shrink audits; investigate incidents as required.
