Sterling Atlantic LLC is seeking a Shift Leader at our Mesa, AZ facility to manage daily warehouse operations. This full-time, on-site role focuses on efficiency, safety, and timely task completion.

You will oversee a team of associates, manage inventory, and resolve operational issues while training new staff. A high school diploma is required, and a valid driver’s license is preferred. This position offers comprehensive benefits and a clear path for growth.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in logistics or warehousing preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
