Job summary

DSV is hiring an Inventory Lead for the Mesa, AZ site to manage and optimize warehouse inventory, run daily cycle counts, and supervise associates on the floor. You will ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with quality standards while coordinating with the supervisor to meet daily objectives.

This role requires forklift certification, MHE operation, and solid experience in logistics. You will report to the Operations Manager and work a full-time schedule, including possible night shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate MHE.
• Able to work in warehouse temperatures that vary seasonally.

Responsibilities

• Delegate work and supervise inventory staff.
• Oversee shifts and assess performance of inventory personnel.
• Analyze cycle counts and reconcile with perpetual records.
• Generate monthly reports from WMS data.
• Maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Coordinate with manager to meet daily objectives and communicate issues.
