Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse. The role involves training, developing, and maintaining high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer service, while fostering teamwork and proactive communication across departments.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with inter-departmental cooperation and continual improvement.
• Implements employee personal development plans and ensures proper orientation, training, and coaching.
• Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
