Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance, leading workgroups with a focus on accuracy, customer service, and efficiency. The role requires effectively training staff, maintaining high standards, and fostering collaboration across departments.

You will implement development plans, ensure compliance with policies, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong relationships with employees, management, and customers in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs/32 kg.
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week.
