Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Supervisor to lead safety, productivity and attendance, and to supervise, train, and develop workgroups while upholding high standards for accuracy and customer service.

Responsibilities include fostering relationships across staff and management, coordinating training, and ensuring compliance with safety policies in a fast-paced warehouse environment. A Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent and management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures thorough orientation, training, materials, and ongoing coaching for staff.
• Maintains adherence to safety policies at all times.
