Job summary

XL Pro National Staffing is hiring a Shift Lead in Atlanta, GA. Pay is $19.00–$20.00 per hour with a 12-hour rotating schedule. The role oversees a 5–15 person team, ensures PPE compliance and GMP adherence, and maintains productivity and quality on the line.

The candidate will monitor shift coverage, assign tasks, and train new team members while promoting a safe and efficient work environment. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of lead experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work around production machinery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 5-15 employees on the assigned shift.
• Ensure PPE usage and GMP/safety compliance.
• Monitor attendance and staffing levels for coverage.
• Assign tasks and balance workloads to meet goals.
• Report safety issues and production concerns to management.
• Train new team members on line operations and equipment.
