Job summary

The role offers $32.71-$39.81 per hour depending on experience, with a 2-2-3 schedule and 7AM-7PM shifts. This position requires 5+ years of manufacturing supervision and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proficient in the English Language (read, write, talk).
• Hand-on leadership and the ability to communicate with large groups.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of a 12-hour production shift.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost, delivery and productivity targets.
• Supervise operators and monitor run conditions of production lines.
• Assess training needs and administer training as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of operation.
• Drive continuous improvement and kaizen activities.
