Relogistics is hiring a Shift Lead in Cullman, AL to supervise a team each Friday–Monday 4:00 PM–2:30 AM, ensuring safety and productivity. You will work with the On-Site Manager to set schedules, assist with recruiting, and uphold HR policies while handling daily tasks.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and forklift certification. We offer competitive pay and benefits, including earned wage access and PTO.

Overview

As a Shift Lead, you’ll help ensure your team of co-workers are maximizing their overall productivity during each shift, while adhering to the highestsafety standards.

Hourly Pay:

$19.00/hr

Shift(s):

Friday - Monday 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM

Cullman, AL 35055

What You'll Do

• Work with the On-Site Manager as he/she to sets shift/operating schedules to best service the local customer(s)


• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.


• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed


• Order and maintain suppliesand arrange for office equipment maintenance


• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed


• Track movements in a timely/legible manner on the proper forms


• Assist in managing employee relations issues, locally, in conjunction with the OSM

• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the appropriate staging area within the facility


• Check to make sure loads are secure


• Ensure that all daily equipment checks on all Industrial power equipment are being performed


• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standard


• Perform basic financial data entry


• Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner


• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

What You'll Need

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate

• Forklift operators are required to sit for long periods of time


• The noise level in the work environment is dependent on location


• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required (eye protection, ear protection is mandatory at several locations, safety shoes)


• Specific vision abilities required by this job include, close vision, distance vision and color vision


• May be required to lift pallets by hand, each weighing between 50 lbs. to 75 lbs.
