Job summary

Penske Logistics in Covington Township, PA seeks a warehouse shift supervisor to lead a small team and ensure smooth daily operations. You will assign work, monitor performance, and supervise safety and quality controls in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of warehouse experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience, with SAP knowledge and strong communication skills. Primarily Mon–Fri, 7:00 am–4:00 pm, with peak-season flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years warehouse experience required.
• 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have good communication and organizational skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP and basic MRP/Just-In-Time concepts.
• Must be able to travel and pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily work assignments to shift associates.
• Interview hourly associates and support hiring decisions.
• Evaluate processes to improve customer satisfaction and reduce overtime.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and lead safety meetings.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage hours to meet targets.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and fleet documentation.
