Job summary

Advatix LATAM is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee warehouse and production operations, ensuring safety and efficiency under controlled conditions. You will assist supervisors in coaching and training team members and provide ongoing support to improve performance.

The role requires leadership, experience in warehouse settings, and proficiency with ERP/office tools. You will collaborate across departments to meet SLAs, KPIs, and ISO standards while promoting LEAN and 5-S practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; 4-year college degree preferred.
• Previous leadership responsibilities required.
• 2+ years' warehouse experience preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing experience with RF/Voice automation is a plus.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.
• Strong math, reading, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coach employees and provide feedback.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in work.
• Able to work independently and as a team leader.
• Able to lift/move up to 40 pounds solo; heavier with team.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in assigning work-direction to team members
• Determine production methods and labor levels to meet service deliverables
• Coordinate with supervisor, team members, and other departments to meet SLAs and KPIs
• Train and coach employees
• Provide team performance updates and participate in discussions
• Assist ISO Coordinator in audits and certification requirements
• Promote LEAN manufacturing activities
• Promote 5-S for a clean, safe work area and conduct audits
• Update work instructions and process flows
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area
• Support and maintain quality, health and safety standards (ISO where applicable)
• All other duties as assigned
