Qualifications
- 2-5 years’ experience in a leadership role within a Warehouse Department or related area.
- ERP (SAP) experience is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and coach others.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and staffing schedules.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for warehouse employees, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Oversee inventory management, shift meetings, and adherence to GMP/OSHA requirements.
- Ensure on-time customer order fulfillment and maintain high safety standards.
- Coordinate with production, customer service, and distribution to optimize operations.
- Assist with training new staff and maintaining clean, safe environments.
