Job summary

HP Hood LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations on a rotating schedule from 5:00pm to 5:30am. The role requires hands-on leadership across shifts and close collaboration with production, customer service, and distribution to meet on-time order fulfillment.

Candidates should have 2–5 years in a warehouse leadership role, SAP ERP experience preferred, strong communication, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to coach and motivate others.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ leadership experience in a warehouse setting.
• ERP SAP experience desirable.
• Strong communication and independent work ability.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse shift scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Oversee inventory, safety, and compliance with GMP and OSHA.
• Coordinate with production, customer service, and distribution to meet orders.
• Ensure on-time, accurate loads and optimize operations.
• Process weekly payroll.
