Job summary

WorkHub Enterprise in East Brooklyn is seeking a hands-on Night Warehouse Supervisor to lead the evening operations for a food distribution center. This role requires hands-on leadership, overseeing inventory, receiving and preparing daily deliveries, and keeping the warehouse organized and safe during the night shift.

The ideal candidate will manage forklift/Hi-Lo usage, direct staff, ensure on-time orders, and partner with the team to maintain high efficiency while handling physically

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to take responsibility for a shift.
• Experience with inventory and receiving/shipping operations.
• Forklift/Hi-Lo experience preferred.
• Able to lift and move boxes throughout the shift.
• On-site availability in East Brooklyn.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee evening warehouse operations
• Receive, organize, and prepare daily deliveries
• Manage inventory and warehouse organization
• Load, unload, and move boxes and products
• Operate a forklift/Hi-Lo as needed
• Ensure orders and deliveries are prepared accurately and on time
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Assist with physically demanding warehouse work when needed
• Help direct and support warehouse employees during the shift
