Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse supervisory role or similar leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including 3PL operations.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using WMS to track inventory and operations.

Responsibilities

• Account for team's attendance, evaluate safety concerns and divide the day's goal among the team.
• Live data tracking of trailer progress and progress of the team.
• Communicate with customer for invoicing.
• Teach and train new associates.
• Ensure work areas are clean for handoff.
