Job summary

ProLogistix in El Paso is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the 2nd shift, overseeing a team of 20+ associates and ensuring accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.

You will drive safety, productivity, and inventory accuracy, mentor staff, schedule labor, and coordinate with other shifts to maintain smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics processes.
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 20+ warehouse associates on 2nd shift.
• Plan, organize, and monitor daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping).
• Ensure productivity targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee our 2nd shift operations. This role is responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, supervising a team of 20+ employees, and ensuring efficient, safe, and accurate handling of inventory and shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 20+ warehouse associates on 2nd shift
• Plan, organize, and monitor daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping)
• Ensure productivity targets, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement
• Enforce safety policies and maintain compliance with OSHA and company procedures
• Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate cycle counts and audits
• Collaborate with other shifts and departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

• Proven experience managing teams of 15-25+ employees
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics processes
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) preferred
• Ability to work 2nd shift hours consistently
• Forklift certification (preferred)
