Job summary

First Choice Coffee Services is seeking a Warehouse/Service Floater to join a fast-paced team in a full-time role, Monday through Friday with no nights or weekends. You will handle warehouse tasks and basic service duties across roles, ensuring smooth operations and on-site customer service.

The position emphasizes lifting up to 75 pounds, driving responsibilities, and collaboration with drivers, technicians, and customer service teams. Benefits include health coverage and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License for at least 2 years; past driving experience preferred.
• Repeatedly lift and carry coffee and bottled water products weighing up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with inventory management.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Perform basic service tasks, such as assembling, installing, or repairing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with products or machinery.
• Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits.
• Report any major service issues to the appropriate department for follow-up.
• Fill in across roles to support seamless operations, including assisting other team members.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse, service techs, drivers and customer service teams to coordinate tasks.
• Assist in special projects, such as equipment setup or warehouse reorganizations.

What you'll be doing – The Role:

Warehouse Duties:
