Job summary

First Choice Coffee Services in the United States is seeking a Warehouse/Service Floater to join our team. This full-time, Monday through Friday role offers variety across warehouse, service technician, and general support tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will receive duties including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and on-site equipment installation or repair, while coordinating with drivers and customer service teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License for at least 2 years.
• Repeatedly lift and carry coffee and bottled water products weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Past driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with inventory management.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Perform basic service tasks, such as assembling, installing, or repairing equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with products or machinery.
• Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits.
• Report any major service issues to the appropriate department for follow-up.
• Fill in across roles to support seamless operations, including assisting other team members.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse, service techs, drivers and customer service teams to coordinate tasks.
• Assist in special projects, such as equipment setup or warehouse reorganizations.
