Job summary

First Choice Coffee Services is seeking a Warehouse Employee in California to join our team. You will load shipments, inventory products and equipment, and support delivery operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include handling forklift operations, checking expiration dates, and driving company vehicles on local routes. This role offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities to contribute to reliable, high-quality coffee service.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Previous driving experience preferred.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb in and out of delivery vehicle several times daily.

Responsibilities

• Load and accurately inventory product and equipment orders.
• Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests to fill customer orders.
• Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; comply with procedures and regulations.
• Safely use warehouse equipment, including forklift; perform basic repairs on coffee machines.
• Check dates on product and pull all expired products.
• Serve as back up to Route Drivers.
• Drive company vans/trucks 30 to 100 miles daily to transport products and equipment to customers.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What you’ll be doing – The Role

As Warehouse employee, you complete shipments by processing and loading orders. Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area. Serves as back up to Route Drivers.
