Job summary

First Choice Coffee Services in Santa Clara, CA is hiring a Warehouse/Route Driver/Service Floater to support multiple roles in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position states no nights or weekends and offers growth opportunities within the company.

Your responsibilities span receiving, stocking, packing, and shipping orders, delivering products, and performing basic service tasks. You will also assist in special projects and coordinate with teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License for at least 2 years is required.
• Past driving experience preferred.
• Able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 75 pounds of coffee and bottled water.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse duties: receive, inspect, stock, pick, pack, and prepare orders; maintain a clean, safe warehouse.
• Route driver duties: deliver and pick up products, follow schedules, load/unload, and inspect vehicle.
• Service technician duties: assemble/install/repair equipment, troubleshoot basic issues, provide on-site customer service.
• General support: assist team members, coordinate with warehouse, drivers, service techs, and customer service.

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position. No nights, no weekends.

Warehouse Duties

What you'll be doing – The Role:

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with inventory management.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.

Route Driver Duties

• Serves as backup to our Route Drivers
• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up products or equipment.
• Follow delivery schedules and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Load and unload goods, verifying the accuracy of delivery contents.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues as needed.

Service Technician Duties

• Perform basic service tasks, such as assembling, installing, or repairing equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with products or machinery.
• Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits.
• Report any major service issues to the appropriate department for follow-up.

General Support

• Fill in across roles to support seamless operations, including assisting other team members.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse, service techs, drivers and customer service teams to coordinate tasks.
• Assist in special projects, such as equipment setup or warehouse reorganizations.
