This position supports Ryder's Continuous Improvement culture by applying continuous improvement methods to support operations. The Engineer will identify and drive change through data-driven CI, Engineering, and Automation efforts to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The role involves leveraging data analytics, engineering methodologies, and lean tools to identify and eliminate root causes. The Engineer will collaborate with employees at all levels and reports to the Lead Engineer, CI Manager, or Sr. CI Manager, closely aligned with Operations Management.

Continuous Improvement
Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000. Compensation may vary based on experience, education, location, and market factors. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k).
