This position supports Ryder's Continuous Improvement culture by applying continuous improvement methods to enhance operations. The Engineer will identify and implement data-driven CI, Engineering, and Automation initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The role involves leveraging data analytics, engineering methodologies, and lean tools to identify root causes and eliminate inefficiencies. It reports to the Lead Engineer, CI Manager, or Sr. CI Manager, and collaborates with operations management at all levels.

Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on experience, education, location, and other factors. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k).
