McLane Company, Inc. in Austell, GA is hiring a Warehouse Selector to join our team. You’ll pick product, load trucks, and move items within the warehouse using reach trucks and pallet jacks.

The role offers a training pay of $20 per hour and $24.60 per hour for production, with benefits starting at 60 days, vacation and sick time from day one, and 401(k) profit sharing after 90 days. Join a safety-conscious, growth‑oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds or more.
• 1 year of distribution warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for job tasks and safety communications.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, moving product between the loading dock and the warehouse.
• Move product within the warehouse across Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer areas.
• Review documents and verify quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to select, pull, sort, and stack product.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Keep the work area clean and perform other duties as assigned.
