Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector to support our Concord, NC distribution center. You will select product, load trucks, and move items within the warehouse using a reach truck and pallet jack.

Safety and accuracy are essential as you work in multiple zones including dry, refrigerated, and freezer areas. We offer a strong benefits package starting after 60 days, paid holidays after 90 days, and a 401(k) profit sharing plan.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections and lift up to 50 pounds or more.
• English literacy sufficient to perform job-related tasks and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, moving items between dock and warehouse.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to pick, pull, sort and stack product.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; inspect and ensure accuracy of received items.
