Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform trailer inspections, load/unload goods with RF scanners, and ensure accurate receiving and put-away processes. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must read and communicate effectively in English.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Basic math knowledge required.
• Demonstrated work history is expected.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and working in cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform trailer inspections for inbound/outbound orders to ensure proper securing and compliance with temperature and food safety regulations.
• Load and unload product using RF scanners; ensure paperwork accuracy and coordinate with supervisor, QC, and inventory control to resolve discrepancies.
• Receive product from POs or internal stock transfers, verify counts, codes, dates, pallet counts, and note damages.
• Oversee outbound shipment quality, correct weight distribution, and compliance.
• Put-away received product, replenish pick locations, and pick full pallets for orders.
• Complete dailyPowered Industrial Truck inspections and report concerns.
• Follow GMP, Saputo food safety programs, and regulatory requirements.
• Report hazards to management and participate in required trainings.
