Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform trailer inspections, load and unload product with RF scanners, ensure accurate paperwork, and coordinate with the shift supervisor, quality control and inventory to resolve discrepancies.

You must read and communicate in English, be able to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 pounds, and work in cold environments with overtime on a daily/weekly basis.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills for daily counting and pallet handling.
• Ability to read, understand and communicate in English.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working in cold warehouse environments.
• Demonstrated reliability and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform trailer inspections and ensure trailers are secured prior to entry.
• Load and unload product using RF scanners; verify paperwork and record discrepancies.
• Receive product from inbound orders and record correct case counts, dates and damages.
• Put away received product and replenish pick locations for orders.
• Complete daily powered industrial truck inspections and report safety concerns.
• Follow GMPs and Saputo food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Attend training, shift meetings and safety committees.
• Work overtime on a daily/weekly basis as needed.
