Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to support inbound/outbound goods in a fast-paced facility in Wisconsin. The role requires reading and speaking English, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working weekends/holidays.

You will use RF scanners, operate material handling equipment, and adhere to GMP and food-safety standards. Compensation includes pay of $27.14 per hour plus a shift differential.

Qualifications

• Read and communicate effectively in English.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Basic math knowledge and demonstrated work history.
• Able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet physical demands: stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, in cold environments.
• Operate RF scanners and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform trailer inspections and ensure proper securing, temperature compliance, and paperwork.
• Load/unload using RF scanners; address discrepancies with supervisor/QA/inventory.
• Receive product from POs or transfers; verify counts, codes, dates, and damages.
• Ensure accuracy/quality of outbound shipments and correct weight distribution.
• Put-away received product and replenish pick locations; full pallet picking.
• Complete daily PIT inspections and report safety concerns.
• Follow GMP, SAPuto food safety/quality programs and regulatory requirements.
• Report potential hazards; participate in required trainings and meetings.
