Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support inbound and outbound logistics in our Wisconsin facility. You will inspect trailers, load/unload goods with RF scanners, and ensure accurate paperwork and product integrity throughout the shift.

Candidates should be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working in a cold environment. This full-time role offers opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits in a fast-paced dairy

Qualifications

Able to read and communicate effectively in English
Basic math knowledge for daily tasks
Experience operating material handling equipment is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform trailer inspections for inbound and outbound orders, ensuring trailers are secured and temperature requirements are met
Load/unload product using RF scanners, ensuring paperwork accuracy and coordinating with supervisors and QA
Receive product from POs or internal stock transfers, verify counts, codes, pallet counts, and note damages
Ensure quality and correct weight distribution of outbound shipments
Put away received product, replenish pick locations, and pick full pallets for orders
Complete daily pallet jack/truck inspections and report maintenance or safety issues
Follow GMPs and Saputo food safety programs and regulatory requirements
Promptly report safety hazards to management and participate in trainings and meetings
