Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound and outbound operations in a fast-paced, cold warehouse environment. You will inspect trailers, load and unload using RF scanners, and ensure accuracy of paperwork and product conditions.

The role requires basic math, good communication in English, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Overtime, weekend shifts, and safety compliance are expected as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must read and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds as part of daily tasks.
• Comfort working in cold environments and around moving equipment.
• Experience with pallet handling and basic safety procedures.
• Proven work history in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform trailer inspections and ensure proper securing of loads.
• Load/unload products using RF scanners; verify paperwork.
• Receive shipments with correct counts and dates; document damages.
• Ensure accurate weight distribution and outbound shipment quality.
• Put-away received product and replenish pick locations.
• Complete daily PIT inspections and report safety concerns.
• Adhere to GMP, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Attend required trainings and shift meetings.
