Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector III to join our experienced distribution team. Start a fulfilling career in a role that emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency as you prepare orders for shipment on a nationwide network.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $17.75, 1st shift with start at 7 am (end time varies with volume), and benefits starting on day 60, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus life insurance and other programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order.
• Pull correct quantities of open-case items and place in tote to complete order.
• Pull correct quantities of full-case items and lift onto conveyor line, pallet, or cart.
• Transport selected full-case product, using powered equipment if needed.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.
