McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector III to efficiently pick orders in a fast-paced distribution center. You will read labels, identify items, and assemble orders using totes and powered equipment while maintaining safety and accuracy throughout shifts.

The role emphasizes organization, teamwork, and attention to detail. Candidates must be 18+, with a high school diploma or GED preferred, and able to understand English for job instructions and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity for each order.
• Pull correct quantities of open-case items and place in tote to complete order.
• Pull correct quantities of full-case items and lift onto conveyor line, pallet, or cart.
• Transport selected full-case product using powered equipment if needed.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.
