Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector III to join our team in Danville, IL. You will read or scan labels, pick items, and move product through our distribution center using safe, efficient methods.

This full-time role offers a starting pay of $23.25 per hour, a Monday–Friday schedule with a 7:00 am start, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life insurance after 60 days, plus paid time off and holidays after probation.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Read/write English sufficiently to perform tasks and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity for each order.
• Pull correct quantities of open-case items and place in tote to complete orders.
• Pull correct quantities of full-case items and lift onto conveyor line, pallet, or cart.
• Transport selected full-case product using powered equipment if needed.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.
