Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a warehouse associate to pick cases and containers, loading orders, and ensuring accurate shipments. The role involves operating pallet jacks and forklifts, stacking and staging pallets, and maintaining safety standards in a multi-temperature distribution setting.

The position offers a Sunday-Thursday schedule with a 4pm start, a $20.64/hr base pay plus incentives, and a $2000 sign-on bonus. Benefits start at Day 1, including health coverage and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Must pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders in a warehouse.
• Operate pallet jack/forklift and move orders to loading dock.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Wrap and stage pallets for shipment, and complete required paperwork.
