Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is hiring a Warehouse Selector in Phoenix. You will join a fast-paced team handling loading, picking orders, and leading associates in a multi-temperature environment.

You will ensure accuracy, safety, and timely delivery across our last-mile network. Position offers Sunday offs, on-site work, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits after 30 days, including health, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Strong reading and math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation.
• Attention to detail and teamwork to maintain accuracy and safety.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment and forklifts (certification required).
• Inspect shipments and verify order accuracy and product quality.
