Job summary

National DCP, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Selector in Phoenix, AZ to support Dunkin' restaurant distribution operations. You will hand select orders using an electric pallet jack and voice-picking systems, label, palletize, and stage them for outbound delivery across dry, refrigerated, and freezer zones.

The role offers full-time hours, competitive hourly pay, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in dry, cooler, and freezer environments.
• Lift up to 55 lbs and operate shrink-wrap equipment.
• Experience with powered industrial trucks (forklift, pallet jack).
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and warehouse procedures preferred.
• RF Gun, Voice Picking/Vocollect experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric pallet jack or forklift to pick orders.
• Stack product on pallets and stage for outbound loading.
• Maintain selection rates per temperature zones.
• Shrink-wrap products and secure loads for transit.
• Perform daily safety inspections on equipment.
• Follow Good Distribution Practices and company safety standards.
• Cross-train in other warehouse duties.
