GardaWorld Security Services in Chester, PA is seeking a Warehouse Security Supervisor to lead a team of security officers, conduct driving mobile patrols, and serve as the first point of contact for operational oversight.

You will supervise patrols, ensure post orders are followed, mentor staff, document incidents with detailed reports, coordinate with site personnel and client representatives, and uphold GardaWorld's service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have active driver’s license and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Prior security, military, law enforcement, or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers conducting scheduled mobile patrols and site inspections
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure officer accountability, site coverage, and compliance with post orders
• Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to security personnel while maintaining a professional and positive work environment
• Monitor site activity, respond to incidents, and make sound decisions during routine and emergency situations
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, training, and onboarding of security officers as needed
• Complete detailed incident reports, supervisor logs, and daily activity reports with accuracy and professionalism
• Serve as the primary point of contact between site personnel, GardaWorld management, and client representatives during assigned shifts
• Ensure all officers maintain professional appearance, follow company policies, and uphold GardaWorld's high standards of service

We're seeking experienced, detail driven security professionals who take pride in vigilance, presentation, performance and leadership. As a Warehouse Security Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of security officers conducting driving mobile patrols while serving as the first point of contact for operational oversight.

This role requires strong leadership, sound judgement, exceptional situational awareness, and the professionalism expected of a field supervisor. You will be responsible for ensuring officers perform their duties effectively, maintain compliance with site and company policies, and deliver the high level of service our clients expect.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications

• Active Driver's License required
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional security, military, law enforcement, or supervisory experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a security environment strongly preferred
• Exceptional situational awareness and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing
• Proven ability to lead a team, make sound decisions, and remain composed throughout routine and emergency situations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement, or supervisory experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
