GardaWorld Security Services in Kirkland, Washington is seeking a casual Security Supervisor – Response to adapt across missions, including customer service, patrols, or surveillance. You will lead during incidents, train officers, and ensure post coverage while maintaining GardaWorld standards.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED completed
• Pass extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem solving skills
• Security Supervisory/Managerial experience
• Valid state driver’s license
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction during incidents or emergencies
• Train and onboard officers on site-specific expectations
• Provide post coverage when needed
• Supervise day-to-day activity of Security Officers
• Coordinate shift coverage and respond to staffing gaps
• Conduct patrols and spot suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Ensure adherence to post orders and GardaWorld standards
• Respond quickly to incidents or threats
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed incident reports
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property

Responsibilities For Response Security Supervisor

• Providing leadership and direction during incidents or emergencies
• Assisting with training and onboarding officers on site-specific expectations
• Providing post coverage when operationally necessary
• Supervising and providing day-to-day direction to Security Officers
• Coordinating shift coverage and responding to staffing gaps or call-offs
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Ensuring officers follow post orders, site procedures, and GardaWorld standards
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications For Response Security Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Must have Security Supervisory/Managerial experience
• Must have a valid state driver's license
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
