GardaWorld Security is seeking a Patrol Security Officer to monitor facilities, deter threats, and uphold safety across sites in Calhoun, GA and beyond.

The role requires alert observations, clear reporting, and a professional security presence. You will work varied shifts, with competitive hourly pay of $18.00 and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO. Uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in security or related fields.
• Experience patrolling, inspections, and documenting activities.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of the facility and property.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, and security systems; document incidents.

As a Security Officer - Patroll, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalte in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

• Full-Time: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM Saturday - Sunday + 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM Tuesday - Wednesday 32HRS
• Part- Time: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM Saturday & Sunday + 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM Monday 24HRS
• Full- Time: 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM Thursday - Sunday 32HRS

Responsibilities of a Patrol Security Guard

• Conduct routine patrols of the facility and property to identify and report security, safety, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, and security systems while documenting incidents and observations.
• Verify employee, visitor, and contractor access in accordance with company security procedures.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents while coordinating with management and emergency services.
• Complete accurate reports, patrol logs, and access records.
• Maintain a professional security presence and provide exceptional customer service while enforcing site policies.
• Protect confidential information and support a safe, secure environment for employees, visitors, and customers.

Qualifications of a Patrol Security Guard

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in security, access control, concierge security, front desk security, gatehouse operations, patrol, warehouse security, manufacturing security, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience conducting patrols, inspections, and documenting security-related activities.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Attention to detail and excellent abilities to maintain focus
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
• You have a state license if required
