Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Site Security Manager to lead contract security personnel and oversight of security operations at the warehouse/distribution site.

You will plan, organize, and direct protection efforts, coordinate with local authorities, and administer loss prevention programs to safeguard people and property. Strong leadership and incident response skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Three to five years of security, loss prevention, law enforcement, and/or military experience, required.
• One to three years of supervisory experience in a security environment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of contract Security Officers and the security vendor relationship.
• Develops and enforces security procedures and manuals; coordinates with local authorities.
• Maintains security equipment and access controls, including CCTV and alarms.
• Investigates disturbances, incidents, and safety concerns; reports to senior leadership as needed.
• Ensures compliance with customer security requirements and participates in risk assessments.
