Job summary

Alo is seeking a Warehouse Security Manager to lead physical security, asset protection, and loss prevention across our warehouse and distribution center.

You will manage security personnel, monitor CCTV and badge access, conduct audits, investigate incidents, and ensure OSHA compliance and safety standards.

This role requires strong leadership, risk assessment, emergency response skills, and the ability to coordinate with HR, operations, and legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a security-related field.
• 5+ years in security management, loss prevention, law enforcement, military, or warehouse security.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, alarms, and security technologies.
• Strong investigative, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and security management software.
• Certifications such as CPP/PSP/CSPM or similar are preferred.
• Experience in high-volume distribution/logistics environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement warehouse security policies, procedures, and emergency plans.
• Manage daily security operations including access control and visitor management.
• Monitor CCTV, badge access, intrusion systems, and alarms.
• Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and facility inspections.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and align with company security standards.
• Lead investigations of incidents, theft, violence, and policy violations.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Legal on investigations and actions.
• Train and mentor security staff; conduct briefings and drills.
• Maintain incident reports and recommend corrective measures.
• Oversee vendor relationships and security-related contracts.
