Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Three to five years of security, loss prevention, law enforcement, or military experience required.
• One to three years of supervisory experience in a security environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of contract security personnel and the security vendor relationship.
• Schedules contract Security Officers for 24-hour protection of people and property.
• Administers site loss prevention program including access control and CCTV.
• Maintains liaison with local law enforcement and state agencies.
• Conducts security awareness and training for operational staff.
• Investigates disturbances and incidents and coordinates with HR and security teams.
