As a Security Officer – Concierge, your role emphasizes customer service, working with people across various shifts in environments like office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming, verifying identity, guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report issues
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and report security concerns
• Ensure safety of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
