Job summary

MAC.BID seeks a Scan Floater to prepare and position returns for the scan team and to remove scanned products for storage. The role reports to the Scan or Mobile Scan Team Lead and is based on-site in Georgia.

Key duties include inspecting inbound items, categorizing condition, testing electronics at a basic level, and moving products to the conveyor and bays. The job requires physical work and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Availability to work on-site; Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift.
• Must be tech-savvy.
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours.
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect inbound products for defects.
• Categorize each product as Like New, Open Box, or Damaged.
• Test electronics at a basic level to assess condition.
• Move products to the conveyor for scanners to process.
• Remove the scanned product from the scanning area quickly.
• Move products to the bays, placing them on shelves by auction and lot number.
• Help the team meet quantity and quality goals.
• Sweep and remove trash from bays and scanning area.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
