Job summary

MAC.BID in Greenville, SC, is looking for a Scan/Floater to prepare and position products for the scan team, remove scanned items, and return them to storage according to our system. This hourly, on-site role reports to the Scan Team Lead.

You will inspect inbound products, categorize as Like New/Open Box/Damaged, test electronics at a basic level, move items to conveyor bays, and help the team meet quantity and quality goals. On-site hours are Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• On-site availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift.
• Must be tech-savvy and able to follow written directions.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect inbound products for obvious defects.
• Categorize each product as Like New, Open Box, or Damaged.
• Test electronics at a basic level to assess condition.
• Move products to the conveyor for scanners to process.
• Remove scanned products from the scanning area promptly.
• Move products to bays and shelve by auction and lot number.
• Help the team meet quantity and quality goals.
• Sweep and remove trash from bays and mobile scan area.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
