Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse / Sales Support Coordinator in Knoxville, TN. The role supports warehouse operations, purchasing, customer service, and order management, using SAP for purchasing and sales administration. The candidate must be bilingual in Japanese and English and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving and unloading shipments.
• Prepare products for shipment and manage palletizing and labeling.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through monthly counts and SAP updates.
• Register and process customer purchase orders in SAP, and generate invoices.
• Communicate delivery schedules and coordinate inventory pickups with customers and suppliers.

Warehouse / Sales Support Coordinator (Japanese-English Bilingual)

Position Summary

In this position, you will support warehouse operations, purchasing activities, customer service functions, and order management processes. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth logistics coordination, inventory management, supplier communication, and customer support while utilizing SAP for purchasing and sales administration.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Receive and unload incoming shipments
• Prepare products for shipment
• Perform palletizing, labeling, and loading activities
• Conduct monthly inventory management
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Handle approximately 20-30 pallets of outbound shipments per month
• Outsourced Warehouse Management
• Provide shipping instructions to contracted warehouse partners
• Verify monthly inventory quantities

Purchasing

• Determine order quantities based on customer forecasts
• Communicate forecasts to suppliers
• Issue purchase orders (POs) using SAP
• Manage delivery schedules and due dates

Customer Service / Sales Support

• Prepare quotations
• Receive and review customer purchase orders
• Register sales orders in SAP
• Communicate delivery schedules to customersGenerate and send invoices through SAP
• Coordinate and negotiate inventory pickups
• Follow up on outstanding payments
• Arrange office and warehouse equipment as needed
